Services provided by our consortium include:
- Reports to the FAA when required (automatic annual and
semi-annual reports are no longer automatically required, but
may be asked for on a random basis by the FAA).
- Insuring that you receive the required semi-annual Statistical Summary Reports and
Blind Sample Certification (required by
federal regulation).
- Our office maintains duplicate copies of all drug and alcohol
test results.
- Training program and materials for both supervisor and
employee training (one hour required by regulations for
supervisors and employees for drug training, and one hour for
supervisors for alcohol training).
- Arrangement with, and qualification of, a local clinic for
collection of urine specimens for drug tests and breath tests
for alcohol testing, including verification of approved
equipment and trained and certified Breath Alcohol Technicians.
- Copies of the approved plan and Company Policy Statements for both
your drug and alcohol programs.
- Information regarding availability of Employee Assistance
Programs in your area.
- Complete and detailed instructions as to your responsibilities
regarding recordkeeping, etc. within your company.
- Unlimited free consultation when necessary.
- Quarterly newsletter to keep you informed of changes and
current developments in drug program regulations, etc..
- Random-testing drawing service--your covered employees are
entered into the consortium pool from which random drawings
are made.
- Instant access to a consortium representative on our 800
number if you have a problem or question.
- We take care of the changeover from your old plan if you
are changing consortiums, or if you are changing from a
company plan to our consortium.
- We file the necessary paperwork with the FAA Medical
Division in Washington.
